Clicktime.com began in 1997 as a division of Mann Consulting, a
San Francisco-based IT consulting firm. At the time, Mann's clients
were demanding solutions not being adequately handled by existing
software products or internet web sites. The company was spun off
as a separate entity in late 1999.
Our Products
The company offers its products as an Application Service Provider,
or ASP. By hosting its applications at its own datacenter, Clicktime.com
can offer constantly-updated and improved products to all of
its customers. This also frees customers from needing to install
dedicated hardware or software, or worrying about securing live
servers on their networks.
Clicktime.com's first product, ReviewManager,
was first developed in 1996, and widely released in 1998. It has
grown to become the leading outsourced
extranet product for creative services firms.Customers include
advertising, television and film production, and visual effects
companies, as well as enterprise marketing departments
worldwide.ReviewManager's user base includes thousands of professionals
in large and small companies.
ClickTime, the company's
second product, also was developed in 1996, with wide release
in 1998. It delivers quick and easy outsourced time and expense
tracking
without the installation of complicated
software. It was the first product of its kind to allow off-line
time reporting, web-based reports, and customizable data-sharing
with legacy applications. Every day, thousands of users in over
30 countries log into ClickTime to record their time and expenses.
